Every order that comes in is assigned a service ticket, a special form designed to:

  • organize pertinent technician-generated information during the service process

  • keep you the customer up-to-date on your service status

This information is referenced by a service ticket number, keep this number handy! Your service ticket number is unique to your device's visit, and will be the first thing we ask for should you have any questions.
